Who we are

This policy applies to the public website at geotract.org, operated by Software Solutions On-demand, LLC. Contact: hello@geotract.org.

This site markets GeoTract software. It is not the full land-management application used by organizations for day-to-day operations.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact and demo form fields: name, organization, role, work email, optional phone, interest type, and message
• Your acknowledgment of this policy via the form privacy checkbox

Information collected automatically

• Cloudflare Turnstile signals used only to reduce bot abuse of the contact form (when the form is enabled)
• Plausible Analytics (when configured): aggregate traffic metrics in cookieless / IP-aggregated mode — not used to build advertising profiles
• Standard hosting logs on Cloudflare (e.g. request metadata for security and reliability)

How we use information

• Respond to demo, RFP, partnership, and general inquiries
• Operate, secure, and improve the marketing site
• Measure aggregate site usage (if Plausible is enabled)
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of use

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Processors (service providers)

• Cloudflare — hosting (Workers), CDN, DNS (when used), and Turnstile bot protection
• Resend — email delivery of contact form messages
• Upstash — short-lived rate-limit counters for the contact form (IP-based keys; not a CRM)
• Plausible — optional privacy-oriented analytics

Processors act on our instructions to provide the services above. Their handling of data is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Cookies and similar technologies

We intend to operate without non-essential cookies. Analytics, when enabled, is configured for a cookieless posture. We do not show a cookie consent banner for advertising cookies because we do not use them. Cloudflare or the browser may set strictly necessary technical cookies or storage for security and delivery; those are not used for ads.

Retention

• Contact emails: retained in the operational inbox and Resend logs as needed to respond and for ordinary business records (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required)
• Rate-limit keys: short TTL (about one hour rolling window)
• Analytics aggregates: per Plausible retention settings

Your choices and requests

To access, correct, or delete contact information you submitted, or to ask a privacy question, email hello@geotract.org. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law and our capacity as a small operator.

Children

This site is directed at professional land stewards, agencies, and procurement audiences. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International visitors

The site may be hosted and processors may operate in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in those locations.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and updating the effective date. Material changes to how we handle form data will be reflected here before the form is re-enabled if it was disabled.
