By accessing or using the public website at geotract.org (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What this Site is

The Site provides marketing and informational content about GeoTract land acquisition and management software. Product descriptions, diagrams, persona stories, and integration language are for evaluation and education. They are not warranties, service-level commitments, formal offers, or certifications of live production connectors.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the Site
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content via forms
• Do not probe security controls except with prior written permission
• Do not misrepresent affiliation with GeoTract

Intellectual property

The GeoTract name, Site content, graphics, and branding are owned by the operator or its licensors. You may not copy marketing materials for competing products or remove proprietary notices without permission. “GeoTract” is used as a product brand on this Site under the operator’s risk-accepted brand decision.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is not legal, engineering, procurement, or land management advice. Organizations and stewards remain responsible for their own compliance and operational decisions.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Third-party services

The Site may load third-party services (for example bot protection or analytics). Those services are subject to their own terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply. Courts in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
